I finished my first week at the feed plant today and the week was definitely interesting. The first couple days went really well, but as the week went on I started to have some asthma issues. For the first hour of the day I am grabbing bags of various products like Lysine, Sodium bicarbonate etc. I then have to rip open the bags and fill the bins up so the products can be mixed together and bagged later. While filling the bins it creates a lot of dust. We do have a vacuum hose that sucks up most of it, but it does not get it all because I am done with that I usually have to take a couple minutes and control my breathing before I can continue working. Then at the end of day we have to sweep up the place and that usually takes me a while because I am stopping every so often to control my breathing. When I took this position, I was told that I could transfer back to my previous position if I ever feel that this position is not for me, for whatever reason. I am most likely going to take to my supervisor on Monday morning and tell him that next week will be my last week at the feed plant. I know that when I go back to the Agro warehouse, I will be teased about only lasting two weeks, but that is ok because we joke around with each other all the time.
I will be posting my next Vitamin blog tonight as well because I am sort of stuck in my room right now. My roommates and their friends are currently in the middle of a Passion Party and I really do not want to be seen right now in fear of them making me join in.
I have a nutrition blog series that Goes through all the different vitamins and minerals that the body needs in order for you to live a long and healthy life.

Deck Of Cards Workout
Today I did a workout called "Deck of Cards". In this workout you assign each suit a movement and then the number of the card represents how many reps you do of that movement. Face Cards = 10 reps and Aces = 11 reps. I got this workout from the Biggest Loser when Bob Harper had his blue team do this in that little room where they had to stay for 4 hours a day. I looked this workout up on YouTube to see the variations other people do and I found a few people having Face Cards = 15 reps and Aces = 20 reps. I decided to assign Jump Squats to Hearts, Push-ups to Diamonds, Pull-ups to Clubs and Burpees to Spades.
This workout was definitely a total body workout. I found the Jump Squats to be the easiest exercise I chose and the Pull-ups to be the hardest. The Pull-ups took me the longest to do and I was doing some jumping pull-ups at the end, but I tried to do them normally for as long as I could. I was hoping to record this workout and post it to my YouTube channel, but the battery in my camera was not fully charged and it would have died part way through. I do plan on doing this workout again in a few weeks and I am hoping to record it then for everyone to see.
